All orders are delivered within 48 hours in metropolitan France.

PRODUCT RETURN

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, only if the product remains unused, unopened, and in its original intact packaging. Return shipping costs are covered. The refund will be processed within 7 days after the return is validated.

In case of a defective product or order error, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a full refund or replacement.
